Target audience
This course is intended for persons performing gas measurements, and especially for the person in charge of a tank atmosphere control identify, assess, control and work in confined spaces.
Course content
On MHA course attendants will gain knowledge about recognizing the hazards involved in entering and working in confined spaces. The aim is to familiarize all personnel involved in Gas measurement with portable indicators as well as sampling hoses, hand aspirators and built-in pumps. Furthermore, the attendants will learn about proper use of the flammability composition diagram.

After the completion of this course participants should be familiar with:
- Use of a flammability diagram
- Flammable limits
- Indicator preparation
- Calibration of indicators
- How to use the indicators properly
- Measurement reading and recording
- Maintenance
