Course is designed to meet the requirements of STCW Regulation A-II/2.5. It is intended for engineering and deck officers at both management and operational level.
Course content:
The purpose of this course is to introduce the main tents of resource management and how these should be applied to enhance the operational safety and efficiency of vessels. Program can be tailored to specific shipping company operations. CRM is used from the moment the crew enter the crew room . Promoting this self awareness and realizing that humans are susceptible to error are critical elements to CRM.
