It provides practical understanding of the various aspects of the vetting process in view of establishing readiness and to effectively manage and deal with SIRE inspection, integrating appropriate behavioral aptitude, thus achieving desired result.<br \/><br \/><strong>Objectives:<\/strong><br \/>Obtain overview of the rules and importance of SIRE inspection and the key factors for undergoing vetting inspections successfully.<br \/>Describe the different arrangement &amp; stages of the SIRE inspection process and identify the critical elements in each stage to ensure readiness of vessel for inspection at all times.<br \/>Discuss ways of effectively managing and dealing with the SIRE inspection process in view of achieving desired results.<br \/>Analyze observations and properly respond to vetting inspection finding.<br \/>Recognize behaviors to be adopted and those to be avoided during vetting inspection process and consequently interact appropriately with Vetting Inspector.<br \/><br \/><strong>Duration:<\/strong> <br \/>4 days<br \/><br \/>Delegates will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the course. Vetting Training\u00a0can be booked via our website or email. We ask all delegates to provide their individual email addresses for enrolment purposes for online trainings. We are unable to enroll multiple delegates with one email address. A member of <a href=\"https:\/\/ssm.hr\/trening-centar-ssm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SSM team<\/a> will email you to confirm the enrolment and provide instructions on how to access the course. You will also receive a separate email with attached documentation\/registration\/<a href=\"https:\/\/gdpr.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GDPR<\/a>\/Evaluation\/ which need to be fille, as they are priority for issuing the Certificate.
