D4 \/ STCW II \/ 4 D4 – Rating Forming Part of Navigational Watch<\/strong><\/p>

Scope (Target audience): <\/strong><\/p>

The course is designed to meet the requirements of the Ordinance of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Transport and Infrastructure pursuan<\/a>t to Article 13, paragraph 1 of the Ordinance on titles and certificates of competency of seafarers (Official Gazette 130\/13) Code.

<\/p>

The course may be taken by seafarers who wish to obtain an appropriate certificate in order to perform the duties of a crew member forming part of a navigational watch. It is intended for seafarers who want to obtain the appropriate certificate for the duties of the helmsman.\u00a0 This course is organized to provide the candidate\u00a0 with the knowledge and skills required for the crew member of the ship-watch (sailor, wheeler).<\/p>

Course content :\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

Upon successful completion of this course, participants should possess the knowledge and skills in seafaring necessary to perform the duties of a crew member who forms part of the navigational watch.<\/p>

Steerage\u00a0
Observation\u00a0
Participation in monitoring and monitoring a safe guard\u00a0
Work with equipment and emergency procedures\u00a0
Maneuvering with avoidance of collision on the sea\u00a0<\/p>

Course requirement:\u00a0<\/strong>
Personal identity card or passport\u00a0
2 personal pictures\u00a0
At least 16 years of age\u00a0
At least 6 months of certified navigation at deck service\u00a0
Certificate of completed education (minimum elementary school)\u00a0
Certificate D2- Basic safety training\u00a0<\/a>
Medical examination (not older than 6 months)\u00a0<\/p>
