Boat Skipper Category C

Scope:: The course is conducted in accordance to the requirements of article 53. of the Regulations of boats and yachts (National gazette NN #57/2006).

Target:

After successful completion of the course the trainees will be competent to handle and manage:

  1. All types of boats

  2. All types of yachts up to 30 GT

Course content:

  1. Navigation (sailing)

  2. Basic knowledge of motor repairs and maintenance

  3. Maritime law, meteorology and first aid

  4. Boat maneuverings collision avoidance

  5. Maritime radio communication service

  6. Safety at Sea

  7. Practical excercises

  8. Duration of the course 31 hrs

Yacht Master Category A (up to 100 GT)

Target:  Course Yacht Master Category A is conducted in accordance to the requirements of article 54. of the Regulations of boats and yachts.After successful completion of the course Yacht Master Category A, the trainees will be more than competent to handle and command a yacht from up to 100 GT. Acquired license is unrestricted by the yacht purpose and navigation area.
COURSE DURATION: Total of 75 hours

  3. KNOWLDEGE OF SHIP AND SHIP’S PLANT

Yacht Master Category B (up to 500 GT)

Course Yacht Master Category B is conducted in accordance to the requirements of article 55. of the Regulations of boats and yachts.
COURSE OBJECTIVE: After successful completion of the course Yacht Master Category B, the trainees will be more than competent to handle and command a yacht from up to 500 GT. Acquired license is unrestricted by the yacht purpose and navigation area.
COURSE DURATION: 214 hours.
